Our chocolates are made right in the store to ensure quality and freshness. We add no wax or preservatives with only the finest grade Guittard Chocolate. Our cream centers are made like they were in the 1930's, the center is actually creamy, with the consistency of a hard mousse or pudding. We cluster every nut available by hand.
